Mason and Cooper went in for their well child check ups yesterday. I really really don't know why they do them as school aged children, other than when they turn 11 and need a booster shot or two.
Here are Mason's stats:
Height 56.10 inches (92%)
Weight: 72.2 pounds (77%)
And Cooper's stats:
Height 50.71 inches (91%)
Weight 59.8 pounds (85%)
All in all Mason and Cooper are both super healthy and right on track with their development.
Who has two thumbs and is nine years old! This handsome dude!
Jeff and I were able to take Mason out for dinner for his birthday. Such a treat (I hope) to be able to go out with just Mom and Dad without any younger siblings there to interrupt our conversation.
Mason was able to have a few friend over for a party and got to go to Strike Zone.
This is an event Mason looks forward to each year. I was able to go again this year. It was so HOT! I wasn't doing so hot when we got home. Pretty sure I had a case of heat exhaustion.
We went to the Ti-Cities for my step sister's daughter, Katelyn's baptism. We arrived a bit early to the building where the baptism was, which is right next to the Columbia River Temple. We walked around the grounds for a bit and tried to get some pictures of the kids together. As you can see, that didn't go so well, but it was great to spend some time as a family at on of the Lord's houses. What a beautiful house it is!
