Mason is 7!

I can't believe this little man made me a mom for the first time 7 years ago. He is such a joy to have in our family. He loves to do things for others. I can tell that is how he shows his love for others. Mason is such a great big brother and I can see why Heavenly Father sent him to our family first.

Mason's 7th Birthday

We had Mason's birthday party on Friday night. He invited a few friends over to swim and have cake and ice cream. This was by far the most laid back, easy to plan party I've ever done, it was great.

Even Shiloh had a great time.

More Random fun

Now that the weather has warmed up, we've been spending most days in here....
which means nothing else is getting done, but that's ok. We only get a limited amount of warm weather, so all my other projects just might have to wait until the snow is falling.

Shiloh's hair is finally getting long enough to do some funny things with it in the bath.

I came into the living room the other day to find Mason snuggled up with two of Shiloh's blankets. As soon as he saw the camera, he tried to uncover himself. He told me I better not show all my friends on Facebook, so that is exactly what I did, and I thought I'd share it here too.

Ladies Craft Night

My sister-in-law, Michelle started a ladies craft night last month. We plan on getting together once a month to do a fun craft that one of us comes up with, or just work on whatever crafty thing we want to. This is what we made this month. The star is made out of paper that we spray painted. How cool is that? I love it! And best of all, it's my first fourth of July decoration.

Pudget Sound

Our boys have been asking to go to the beach since the snow melted and we promised we would take them to the beach when the weather improved. While in the Seattle area, we made good on that promise. We were really close to the Puget Sound, so we went to the State Park located there.

We also took a walk down the path...

There was also a play area along the path...

LOOK! I got all six kids in the same picture!
Bill found a new crab friend. He really wanted to take him home with him, but Julia said "NO"!
