Shiloh received her first shiner when she tried to get off our neighbors swing before it came to a stop.

Easter
The Easter bunny was pretty good to our kids this year.
Mason and Cooper's baskets
Shiloh and Kinley's baskets
Trying to figure out what to do with all those colorful eggs all over the yard.
Ohhhh it makes noise.
And there is something inside.
Here is a video of them all hunting eggs. Please excuse the messy backyard/patio area. It is currently under construction. Pics of the final project to come once we are finished.

MOMMA
Last night was MOMMA (Moms of Magnificently Marvelous Artists).
This is an event at the boys' school where moms come and walk around an art show where all the art is a selected piece of art of your child's. The art can be bought for a small price. All the money goes to help support the art program at the school.
The is the second year they have put on this event. It has taken the place of muffins with mom. I do find it funny that the moms yearly event involves paying for something, while the dads get to come and eat something.

Blue and Gold Banquet
Last night was the Blue and Gold Banquet for scouts. Our ward's tradition is for the moms and sons to make a cake together. There are some awards handed out for the best scout themed cake, best yearly banquet themed cake, most colorful cake, tastiest cake, and something else.
Here is the cake Mason and I made together. He won best cub scout themed cake. He was SO excited. I wish I had my camera ready to get his reaction. It was great.
During the banquet all the cub scouts did a Mexican themed dance (the theme this year was Mexican Fiesta).
Mason earned his Wolf badge and 6 arrow points at the banquet. We are so proud of all his accomplishments in cub scouts!
When a cub scout earns a big award, they give a pin to their moms as a "thank you" for all their hard work in helping the scout earn the award. Here is Mason pinning my pin on me.

Kinsington
With all these pictures taken of Kinley in one day (by Jeff, just so you know), you'd think her other siblings don't matter or don't exist.
I assure you, we do love them and they do matter to us, but she is just so stinkin' cute!

Well child check up
Kinley had her 18 month well child check up today.
She is doing really well, hitting all her milestones for this age.
She had a few shots, which she didn't like so much, but seems to be doing well now.
Her stats:
27.5 lbs. (86%)
33 inches (83%)

Well child check up
Shiloh had her 3 year well child check up yesterday....a few months late, but who's counting?
She is growing well and is on track with every milestone. She was really shy for our doctor. He asked if she normally talked. I just laughed. I think he got the point.
Her stats were:
36.5 lbs (86%)
39.4 inches (84%)

Pinewood Derby
Last night was the Pinewood Derby for our cub scouts. This was Mason's first year, so we really didn't know what to expect, or how to make a car for that matter.
Mason's car.
This is about half of all the cars that raced.
Sadly, Mason's car didn't win any races. It came in 3rd and 4th mainly. He was sad about it but when we told him he was going to have many years of making and perfecting his car, he cheered up a bit.

February Happenings
Here is a look at a few things we did in February:
Apparently she thinks markers are lipstick.
I find pictures like this one above on our cameras all the time. I am so glad Jeff thinks to take pictures of the kids because I rarely do.
See this pink blanket? That is MY pink blanket that MY sister Julia made for me one year when she drew my name in our family Christmas exchange. THAT blanket is everyone's favorite in our house. It is the perfect size and thickness. The only time I get MY blanket is when all the kids are in bed. Thank goodness they go to bed two hours before me or I'd never get to use MY blanket.
Jeff and Bill taught Shiloh how to be a sniper.
Isn't she so cute?
These videos are of Shiloh, sharing her wisdom.
I took all four kids to Mobius by myself on the 17th (day off from school).
