Read any good books lately?

I have never been much of a reader, never really liked to read actually. But after we got a library card, I thought I should start reading more. I am currently reading The Holy Temple by Boyd K. Packer and will be done with that today or tomorrow. I need suggestions for what to read next. Keep in mind, I have a very simple mind, so please don't suggest something I would have to read each paragraph three times just to get the gist of what the author is saying. I don't really have a preference on the type of book, so suggest away please!

Love your little pirate. Have you read The Host by Stephanie Meyer? I enjoyed that one.

If you like Stephenie Meyer, consider

Lois Duncan:
Daughters of Eve
Stranger with my face
Don't look behind you

If you like suspense consider John Grisham...to this day one of my all time favorite's of his is The Firm - excellent book, SO much better than the movie.

Michael Crighton is wonderful - Jurassic Park and Sphere are my favorites of his.

Dr Oz's "You being Beautiful" is a good reference style book.

I've heard great things about The Work and the Glory series by Gerald N. Lund.

I'm a Dan Brown fan, even though I know The Da Vinci Code is a fictional book it still has excellent historical references and information, much better than the movie.

Okay, I have tons more just let me know if you need them, haha.

Good books are always a nice thing. Some of these are quick reads, others are not. I don't know the author on all of them but they are all really good.

Eat Cake by Jeanne Ray
Julie & Romeo by Jeanne Ray
Julie and Romeo Get Lucky by Jeanne Ray
The Princess Academy
Phillip Pullman, His Dark Materials (it's The Golden Compass series)
Inkheart, Inkspell & Inkdeath by Funke (I don't remember her first name)
The Wee Free Men

Anyway... there are lots more, but these ones are pretty good. Hope you're doing well!

read? what's that? I don't have much time to read. If I sit down with a book and my kids are sleeping, I just fall asleep :)
