Two weeks ago I canned 14 quarts of pears, then this week I canned 14 quarts of peaches. I learned the basics of canning last year from a friend, but I didn't know how to can pears or peaches, so I looked it up on the Internet. Don't they look beautiful? I can't wait to eat them.

Nice job! p.s. you are "supposed" to take the rings off once they are ready for storage.
